Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
• Returned in the original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
